Responsibilities
- Process and verify federal personnel actions, including hiring, promotions, and separations.
- Assist federal employees with inquiries regarding pay, leave balances, and benefits enrollment.
- Ensure strict compliance with Office of Personnel Management (OPM) regulations and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records within federal databases.
- Collaborate with agency HR leadership to streamline administrative processes.
- Conduct quality control reviews on all federal submissions for accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Experience: Prior experience in HR administration or federal government operations is preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and government software systems.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy required when handling sensitive information.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with federal staff.
- Discretion: Ability to handle confidential personnel data with the utmost integrity.
