Responsibilities
- Manage and process federal case files with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with federal agencies, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all federal regulations and agency policies.
- Maintain up-to-date records and databases using secure government systems.
- Conduct intake assessments and schedule necessary appointments.
- Prepare and review case documentation for submission to federal bodies.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and statistical data analysis.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a government or federal setting is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and federal case management software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to security protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (optional but preferred for travel).
