Responsibilities
- Process and adjudicate veterans' compensation claims with 98% accuracy
- Review medical documentation and supporting evidence for eligibility
- Communicate claim status to veterans and stakeholders via multiple channels
- Maintain detailed case files in federal compliance systems
- Collaborate with medical examiners and legal specialists
- Generate monthly performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree or 3 years relevant experience
- Proficiency in VA claims processing systems (VBMS, VBA)
- Familiarity with 38 CFR regulations
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Experience working with veterans' preferred
