Responsibilities

- Conduct risk assessments for healthcare facilities in the Southeast region
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for senior leadership and oversight bodies
- Coordinate with IT security teams to implement data protection protocols
- Train staff on regulatory changes and best practices
- Lead internal audits and corrective action planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Policy, or related field
- 3+ years of compliance experience in federal or regulated healthcare
- Knowledge of HIPAA, VA policies, and CMS regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Professional certification (e.g., CCEP, CHC) preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance
