Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce federal compliance regulations across agency operations
- Conduct audits and investigations to ensure adherence to DHS policies
- Develop compliance training programs for staff nationwide
- Collaborate with legal teams on regulatory updates and policy changes
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for senior leadership
- Manage cross-functional projects with federal/state partners

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal compliance or regulatory experience
- Active Secret security clearance (Top Secret preferred)
- Proficiency in GSA compliance tracking systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with DHS and FEMA protocols
- Ability to obtain DHS Suitability clearance
- Experience with crisis management protocols
