Responsibilities
- Monitor federal regulatory compliance for agency operations in Oklahoma jurisdiction
- Conduct audits and investigations of program activities for adherence to federal statutes
- Develop compliance training materials and conduct agency-wide workshops
- Collaborate with legal counsel on policy interpretation and enforcement
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for senior leadership and congressional oversight

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of federal compliance or regulatory experience
- Active Secret security clearance (required)
- Proficiency in federal regulatory frameworks (CFR, FACA, FOIA)
- Strong analytical writing and presentation skills
- Experience with federal audit protocols (OMB A-123)
