Responsibilities
- Monitor and implement federal regulatory compliance across manufacturing processes
- Conduct internal audits and prepare compliance documentation
- Coordinate with federal agencies (DOD, FAA, EPA) on regulatory matters
- Develop and maintain compliance training programs for staff
- Investigate and resolve regulatory discrepancies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in federal compliance or aerospace manufacturing
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency with regulatory frameworks (FAR, DFARS, ITAR)
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Experience with DoD procurement processes
- Certification in compliance management preferred
