Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed compliance reports for federal leadership
- Train personnel on federal security regulations and best practices

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of federal compliance or security experience
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and compliance software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to regulatory detail
- Experience with DHS/FEMA regulations preferred
- Excellent written/verbal communication and report writing abilities
- U.S. citizenship required
