Responsibilities
- Analyze federal regulations (CFR, FAR) to ensure organizational compliance
- Conduct internal audits and compliance assessments across VA facilities
- Develop and implement compliance training programs for staff
- Collaborate with legal teams to resolve regulatory discrepancies
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for senior leadership
- Monitor emerging legislation and update policies accordingly
- Serve as primary liaison with federal oversight agencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Law, or related field
- 3+ years federal compliance/regulatory experience
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain
- Expert knowledge of VA/Federal procurement regulations
- Proficient in GSA systems and federal reporting tools
- Strong analytical writing and presentation skills
- Certification in Federal Compliance (FCI) preferred
