Responsibilities
- Analyze program effectiveness and efficiency through data-driven evaluations
- Develop recommendations for policy improvements and operational enhancements
- Coordinate with stakeholders across VA facilities and federal agencies
- Prepare comprehensive reports and briefings for senior leadership
- Manage program budgets and resource allocation initiatives
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and performance standards
- Lead process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of federal program analysis experience
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, Tableau)
- Knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR/DFARS)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Experience with VA benefits systems preferred
- Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) desired
