Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations (CFR, DHS directives) across infrastructure projects
- Conduct audits and inspections of transportation and energy facilities
- Develop compliance training programs for federal contractors
- Coordinate with state/local agencies on security protocols
- Prepare regulatory reports for congressional oversight committees
- Manage risk assessments for critical infrastructure vulnerabilities
- Lead cross-functional teams during emergency response scenarios
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Security Studies, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal compliance/regulatory experience
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain Secret clearance)
- Familiarity with DHS, FEMA, and TSA regulations
- Project management certification (PMP) preferred
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts during emergencies
- Proficiency in GSA systems and federal procurement tools
