Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive compliance audits for federal programs and initiatives
- Develop and implement regulatory compliance frameworks aligned with federal statutes
- Collaborate with DOJ, DHS, and OMB on cross-agency compliance initiatives
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for congressional oversight committees
- Train federal staff on regulatory requirements and best practices
- Monitor emerging legislation and update compliance protocols accordingly
- Manage compliance documentation for audit readiness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Criminal Justice, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal compliance or regulatory experience
- Active federal security clearance (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Proficiency in federal procurement regulations (FAR/DFARS)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to regulatory details
