Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations across agency operations
- Conduct comprehensive audits of compliance documentation and procedures
- Develop and implement compliance training programs for staff
- Collaborate with legal teams on regulatory updates and policy changes
- Investigate and resolve compliance violations with corrective action plans
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for senior leadership and regulatory bodies
- Stay current with evolving federal regulations (FAR, CFR, etc.)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Law, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal/state/local government compliance experience
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Proficiency in compliance software (e.g., RegSync, Compliance 360)
- Strong knowledge of FAR, CFR, and Florida state statutes
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- U.S. citizenship required
