Responsibilities
- Conduct weekend compliance audits across veteran care facilities
- Review medical documentation for regulatory adherence (HIPAA, VA standards)
- Generate weekend shift compliance reports for federal oversight
- Coordinate with weekend medical teams for policy implementation
- Maintain secure electronic health records during weekend operations
- Respond to weekend compliance emergencies per federal protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years federal compliance experience
- VA or DoD background verification clearance
- Weekend shift availability (Sat/Sun 6am-6pm)
- Proficiency in VA-specific electronic health systems
- Knowledge of CMS and HIPAA regulations
- Valid Texas driver's license
