Responsibilities
- Conduct federal compliance audits across state and local agencies

- Maintain confidential case files in secure federal systems
- Respond to weekend emergency compliance incidents

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship with active security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or related field
- 3+ years compliance or regulatory enforcement experience
- Proficiency in federal database systems (e.g., LEAP, NCIC)
- Valid Michigan driver's license
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills
- Must pass federal background investigation
