Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of federal contracts, including pre-award and post-award activities.
- Ensure strict compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and agency-specific policies.
- Prepare, review, and negotiate contract modifications, amendments, and statements of work.
- Monitor contract performance and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction and regulatory adherence.
- Conduct risk assessments and internal audits to identify potential compliance gaps.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all contract activities and financial transactions.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and program management teams to resolve contract disputes and issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in federal contracting, government administration, or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of the FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and DFARS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex regulations to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
