Responsibilities
- Manage and track federal contract deliverables and key milestones.
- Ensure strict compliance with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and agency-specific policies.
- Prepare and review complex contract documents, invoices, and compliance reports.
- Coordinate effectively between government stakeholders and internal project teams.
- Conduct regular internal audits to mitigate risk and ensure quality assurance.
- Maintain accurate records of contract modifications and amendments.
- Provide technical assistance and training to junior staff regarding contract procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in federal contracting, project management, or a related government role.
- Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes, compliance requirements, and contract lifecycle.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (if applicable).
