Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of federal contracts, from initial proposal development to final closeout and delivery.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal regulations, the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and agency-specific compliance standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify client requirements and deliver high-quality, tailored solutions.
- Prepare, review, and edit complex technical documentation, including Statements of Work (SOW), Pricing Narratives, and technical proposals.
- Maintain meticulous records and prepare necessary reports for government oversight bodies and internal audits.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding contract status and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in federal contracting, government relations, or a related administrative capacity.
- Strong working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
