Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of federal contract administration and compliance.
- Prepare and review complex government proposals and grant applications.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal regulations, OMB directives, and agency policies.
- Coordinate closely with interagency partners and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Maintain accurate and secure documentation in accordance with security protocols.
- Conduct risk assessments to mitigate potential issues in federal programs.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal contracting or government affairs.
- Strong understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on technical documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal grant management software.
