In this pivotal role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of federal contracts, ensuring strict compliance with regulations while driving project success.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of federal contracts, from initiation through closeout.
- Ensure strict compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and agency-specific policies.
- Prepare, review, and negotiate contract documents, including Statements of Work (SOW) and amendments.
- Monitor contract performance, track milestones, and report progress to senior stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with government contracts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records in our secure database.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in federal contract administration or government contracting.
- Strong working knowledge of the FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and DFARS.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in contract management software (e.g., Ariba, SAP, or Salesforce).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (Secret/Top Secret preferred).
