Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large-scale federal datasets to ensure accuracy and compliance with strict government standards.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in complex data environments.
- Develop interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau or PowerBI to present findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate raw data into clear, actionable business intelligence.
- Maintain and update documentation for data pipelines and analysis methodologies.
- Support audit requirements and ensure all data handling processes adhere to federal regulations (e.g., FISMA, FedRAMP).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis within the federal sector or a comparable regulated industry.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (Secret or Top Secret) is required.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting.
