Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets to support policy development and program evaluation
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using government-approved tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with federal regulations (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to deliver actionable insights for strategic planning

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience with federal data systems and compliance standards
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R for data manipulation and analysis
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI for federal reporting requirements
- Clearable federal background investigation (ability to obtain Secret clearance)
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data visualization principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical audiences
