Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines for continuous reporting and monitoring
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation, cleaning, and quality control measures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Prepare detailed reports and briefings for senior leadership and stakeholders
- Stay current with federal data regulations (FISMA, HIPAA, etc.) and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with federal or government data
- Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis methodologies
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing solutions
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
