Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies supporting national security initiatives
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive decision-making
- Ensure compliance with federal data governance standards including FISMA and HIPAA
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into actionable recommendations
- Design and implement automated data pipelines using Python/R for streamlined reporting
- Present analytical findings to senior leadership through concise visualizations and reports
- Conduct quality assurance checks on datasets to maintain integrity and accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience with federal data systems and compliance protocols
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and statistical analysis tools
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI (or equivalent data visualization)
- Demonstrated experience with large-scale datasets (10M+ records)
- Active U.S. security clearance or ability to obtain one
