- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support policy decisions
- Present findings to senior government officials and agency heads

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years experience with federal data systems and compliance
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Familiarity with federal regulations (FISMA, HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11)
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with government contracting or federal agencies preferred
