Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and patterns

- Ensure all data handling adheres to federal regulations (FISMA, HIPAA, FOIA) and security protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and project specifications

- Stay current with evolving federal data standards and compliance frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with federal/government compliance knowledge
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and statistical analysis tools
- Expertise in data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js)
