Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets to identify trends and inform strategic initiatives
- Develop automated reporting dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau for government stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with federal data governance standards including FISMA and HIPAA
- Present findings to senior officials through compelling visualizations and executive summaries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data collection methodologies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years experience in federal/government data analysis roles
