Responsibilities
- Analyze complex healthcare datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical tools to identify trends and anomalies
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports for federal stakeholders using Tableau/Power BI
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FISMA, and other federal data regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design data collection methodologies
- Present findings to senior leadership through concise visualizations and narratives
- Maintain data integrity and security protocols across all systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Health, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience in federal government data analysis or healthcare data management
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and statistical analysis tools
- Certification in data visualization (Tableau/Power BI) or federal compliance
- Strong understanding of HIPAA, FISMA, and 21st Century Cures Act requirements
