Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal healthcare datasets using SQL, Python, and R
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports for VA leadership and congressional stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with federal data standards (FISMA, HIPAA, and 21st Century Cures Act)
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams on veteran population health trend analysis
- Present findings to senior leadership through data visualizations and executive summaries

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with federal data systems (VA, CMS, or DoD preferred)
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Knowledge of federal reporting requirements and healthcare data standards
- Security clearance eligibility (or ability to obtain Secret clearance)
