Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using advanced SQL, Python, and R
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations for senior government stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (FISMA, NISPOM)
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams on strategic data initiatives
- Present findings to executive leadership using clear, compelling narratives
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality control processes
- Stay current on evolving federal data regulations and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years experience in federal government data analysis
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and data visualization tools
- Active Secret security clearance (Top Secret preferred)
- Familiarity with federal data governance frameworks (DMDC, DCII)
- Strong statistical modeling and predictive analytics skills
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Certification in federal data management (e.g., CSM, CDMP) highly valued
