Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale veteran healthcare datasets using SQL and Python
- Develop automated reporting dashboards for VA leadership
- Ensure HIPAA/FERPA compliance in all data handling processes
- Collaborate with clinical teams to identify data quality gaps
- Present findings to senior stakeholders through visualizations
- Maintain data governance frameworks for federal systems

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years experience in federal/government data analysis
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and R
- Strong knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR)
- Familiarity with federal reporting requirements (VA, CMS)
