Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R
- Develop automated data pipelines for real-time monitoring of security metrics
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive briefings
- Ensure compliance with FISMA, HIPAA, and other federal data regulations
- Present findings to senior leadership with clear, actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data governance frameworks
- Document all processes and maintain audit trails per federal standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience with federal government datasets or DoD projects
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Certification in federal data compliance (e.g., CDMP, CIPP)
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
