Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and patterns critical to national security
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations for executive leadership

- Maintain strict compliance with federal data security protocols (NISPOM, FISMA)

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience in government or regulated industry
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Active Secret security clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance
- Experience with federal data standards (FIPS, NIST frameworks)
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in data analytics (e.g., AWS Data Analytics, SAS) highly valued
