Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets to identify trends and anomalies
- Develop automated reporting systems for executive leadership review
- Ensure strict adherence to federal data security protocols (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to align data collection methodologies
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for real-time monitoring

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience with federal government data analysis
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and R programming
- Active security clearance eligibility or existing clearance
- Advanced knowledge of statistical modeling and predictive analytics
- Experience with federal reporting requirements (OMB, GAO)
- Certification in data visualization (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong written/verbal communication skills for technical audiences
