Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret federal healthcare and benefits data using SQL, Python, and R
- Generate automated reports and visualizations for leadership review
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (HIPAA, FISMA)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data trends
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines for accuracy
- Document analytical processes and methodologies
- Support federal grant reporting and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with federal data systems
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools
- Familiarity with VA healthcare data systems preferred
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis methods
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance
