Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale healthcare datasets to identify trends and inform policy decisions
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using SQL, Python, and R for federal reporting requirements
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with HIPAA, FISMA, and federal data governance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements for federal projects
- Present findings to senior leadership through concise executive summaries and technical briefings
- Contribute to continuous improvement of data quality frameworks and analytics methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Health, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience in government or regulated industry
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis tools
- Strong knowledge of federal data reporting standards and compliance requirements
- Experience with healthcare datasets and public policy research preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data for non-technical audiences
- Active federal security clearance or ability to obtain one
