Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from various federal and government sources.
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize complex data and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support strategic decision-making for federal clients.
- Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to translate complex data requirements into actionable business insights.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with federal standards and regulations.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal sector or with government contractors.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or SAS for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong proficiency in visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
- Must be eligible for a Public Trust or Secret security clearance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
