Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets to identify trends and inform policy decisions
- Develop automated data pipelines using SQL, Python, and R for federal compliance reporting
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations for executive stakeholders using Tableau/Power BI
- Ensure data integrity and adherence to federal security protocols (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Present findings to senior leadership through concise, data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with federal/government data
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of federal data governance, privacy regulations, and security standards
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
