Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple federal sources to ensure high-quality analytical outputs.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) to visualize complex data trends for executive stakeholders.
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to support decision-making processes for federal contracts.
- Prepare detailed reports, briefings, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal data security standards, including FISMA and OMB guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and optimize data workflows.
- Maintain documentation for data pipelines and analytical methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the Federal Government or Defense sector.
- Proficiency in SQL for database querying and Python or R for statistical analysis.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik) is required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Secret Security Clearance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and privacy.
