Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale federal datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain complex data models, dashboards, and visualization tools using Tableau and PowerBI.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting systems and federal databases.
- Prepare and present technical reports and statistical findings to stakeholders, including government officials and senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data collection and reporting workflows.
- Assist in the preparation of responses to audits, FOIA requests, and regulatory compliance reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Active Federal Security Clearance (Secret or Top Secret) or the ability to obtain one.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis within the federal government or a defense contractor environment.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical presentations.
