Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret veteran healthcare datasets using advanced statistical methods
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations for executive leadership
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements
- Present findings to senior stakeholders through executive briefings
- Maintain and optimize large-scale databases using SQL and Python

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of federal government data analysis experience
