Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex federal datasets to support program management and strategic planning.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with federal standards and security protocols (NIST, FISMA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, policy analysts, and subject matter experts, to define data requirements.
- Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to senior leadership and federal clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Active Secret or Top Secret clearance (or the ability to obtain one) is required.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in federal data analysis or a related technical role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
- Familiarity with government contracting processes and documentation standards (e.g., DD Forms, JESUS).
