Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling techniques
- Design and maintain automated data pipelines ensuring compliance with federal security protocols
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven solutions for federal programs
- Ensure data integrity and adherence to FISMA, HIPAA, and other federal regulations
- Present findings to senior leadership through concise executive summaries and data narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with federal or government sector exposure
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis tools
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js)
- Strong understanding of federal data governance frameworks and security protocols
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and big data technologies
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
