Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling tools
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations for leadership decision-making
- Ensure compliance with federal data standards (FISMA, NIST) and security protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliverables
- Generate comprehensive reports on operational metrics and performance trends
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with federal data analysis or DoD projects
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of federal data governance frameworks and security protocols
- Certification in CISSP or CompTIA Security+ preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder reporting
