- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations for federal stakeholders using Tableau/Power BI
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Prepare comprehensive reports for regulatory bodies and senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliverables
- Implement data quality controls and validation processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in federal data analysis or government reporting
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis tools
- Expertise with data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI)
- Familiarity with federal data standards (FIPS, NIST frameworks)
- Strong understanding of database management and ETL processes
- Certification in data analytics or federal compliance preferred
