Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and integrate large, complex datasets from federal databases and third-party sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Design and develop interactive data visualizations, reports, and dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, and SQL.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support program evaluation and agency performance metrics.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Prepare clear, concise, and actionable briefings for senior leadership and federal clients.
- Maintain and update data governance policies and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data analysis, with a strong preference for experience in the federal government sector.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (querying, stored procedures) and Python or R.
- Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- US Citizenship is required for this position.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
