Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets from various federal sources to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to visualize data for stakeholders.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal data privacy regulations and security protocols (e.g., FedRAMP).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and reporting metrics.
- Perform statistical analysis to support program evaluation and policy development.
- Identify data quality issues and implement solutions to improve overall data hygiene.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense sector.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense.
- Strong understanding of federal reporting standards and data governance frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
