Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large-scale federal datasets to ensure accuracy and compliance with strict regulations.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends and support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret data findings and communicate complex results to non-technical audiences.
- Ensure all data practices adhere to federal cybersecurity and privacy standards (FISMA, NIST).
- Prepare detailed reports and briefings for senior leadership and government officials.
- Maintain and optimize ETL pipelines for automated data retrieval and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or a contracting environment.
- Active Secret or Top Secret clearance (or the ability to obtain one).
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical reporting.
- Deep understanding of federal data governance and compliance frameworks.
