Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
- Perform data cleaning, integration, and validation to ensure high-quality data inputs.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to non-technical and technical audiences effectively.
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations, including OMB Circular A-123 and NIST standards.
- Conduct research to support policy development and program evaluation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government sector.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R for data manipulation and statistical modeling.
- Advanced skills in Tableau or Power BI for data visualization.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Secret clearance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
