Responsibilities
- Conduct complex data analysis and statistical modeling to support federal mission objectives.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with federal standards and security regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive decision-making.
- Prepare clear, concise, and impactful reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Perform data cleaning, ETL processes, and database management tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal or government data analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages.
- Strong experience with data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
- Deep understanding of data privacy laws and federal security protocols (e.g., FISMA, NIST).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to obtain or maintain a Public Trust clearance (preferred).
